NSeeff-SeaneCorn_02296-FNL.jpg

Come and reconnect with your body, mind, heart and purpose through the sacred practice of vinyasa flow yoga with Seane Corn. This weekend will allow you time and space to go inside, release built up tension, and explore the subtle physical and spiritual energies that are connected to your own unique self-expression. Allowing for transformation requires a deep commitment to the inner journey of spirit, compassion, courage, and a willingness to articulate the complexities of the human experience and the beauty of the soul's journey within. Using the tools of yoga, the chakra system and Shadow work, Seane will teach us how to interpret the struggles we experience in our mind/body and turn them into wisdom and understanding.

With Seane’s guidance we will:

  • Explore how to invite “God” into the body/mind experience
  • Incorporate ritual
  • Learn to speak from your heart as a way to inspire
  • Inform and motivate your world
  • Learn how to read your energy body in new ways
  • Translate what you feel into symbolic themes
  • Encourage deep wisdom and insight into Self

All levels welcome; expect challenging and intermediate to advanced flow. Knowledge of sun salutations A and B is helpful. Part discussion/ mostly asana.

Day: Saturday, December 16th
Time: 1:30 - 4:30PM
