CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

GENTLE YOGA 

Prepare for the therapeutic benefits of yoga in this 60 minute all levels class. If you are dealing with specific health conditions, injuries or simply would like to take it slow, this class is designed for you. You will be given tolls to increase flexibility, range of motion and manage chronic pain. Our gentle flow style encourages a softer, well-supported and highly individualized approach using tools such as body awareness, breath work, and meditation; helping you to restore health and balance and find a greater sense of well-being.  

HEATED FLOW 1

Prepare to sweat in this POWERFUL 60 minute yoga class. Heated Flow classes incorporate a deep connection between asana (postures) and flow of breath. This dynamic all-levels class will take you through traditional Sun Salutations and yoga asanas, and incorporates applicable core strength to your practice. This class is designed to build strength, improve balance, focus, mind-body awareness, and work up a detoxifying sweat. Heated Classes are raised to a room temperature up to 90 degrees.  

HEATED FLOW 2

Prepare to sweat in this POWERFUL 75 minute yoga class. *This class is heated to a temperature up to 90 degrees.*

IYENGAR

Based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, this 75 minute all levels class style focuses on classic postures with a deep awareness of correct alignment and precise actions in the body. Appropriate for anyone regardless of age, degree of health or perceived limitations, while advanced students will also benefit from this refined practice. 

RESTORATIVE

Pause in the practice of self-care with supported postures that increase circulation to the organs and calm the entire body. This 60 minute class incorporates guided meditation and breathing techniques and brings synergy to the central nervous system. Reconnect to a sense of peace within, revitalize and rejuvenate for optimum well-being. Designed for all levels and body types, including those with injuries. 

VINYASA 1

Step onto your yoga mat for 60 minutes of energetic bliss where you will experience an introduction into the foundational principles of Vinyasa Yoga. This dynamic all-levels class will flow you through traditional Sun Salutations, and yoga asanas (postures) while linking breath to movement. This flowing sequence is designed to improve balance, focus, mind-body awareness, and work up a healthy sweat. Our instructors incorporate inspiring music to compliment the flow of class. 

VINYASA 2

Step onto your yoga mat for 75 minutes of energetic bliss where you will experience an introduction into the foundational principles of Vinyasa Yoga. This dynamic all-levels class will flow you through traditional Sun Salutations, and yoga asanas (postures) while linking breath to movement. This flowing sequence is designed to improve balance, focus, mind-body awareness, and work up a healthy sweat. Our instructors incorporate inspiring music to compliment the flow of class and may begin to introduce additional layers to postures such as arm balances and back bends

VINYASA 3

Step onto your yoga mat for 90 minutes of energetic bliss where you will experience a building knowledge of the  principles of Vinyasa Yoga. This dynamic all-levels class will flow you through traditional Sun Salutations, and yoga asanas (postures) while linking breath to movement. This flowing sequence is designed to improve balance, focus, mind-body awareness, and work up a healthy sweat.

Our instructors introduce additional layers to postures such as handstands, arm balances, and advancing back bends. A longer savasana is also incorporated into this format to enhance your yoga experience. 

YIN YANG

Balance your energy in this all levels 75 minute class. Yin Yang is designed to bring harmony to the space between the body and the mind. Yang is an active flow to build heat and burn energy. Yin is a cooling practice of deep tissue stretches and relaxing breath to assist in letting go of mental chatter. 

YIN

Bring on the bliss in this all levels class designed for all body types. Infusing the deep holds of Yin with mindfulness, meditation, and breath, this class is both mentally introspective and physically expansive. Walk out of class feeling like a warm brownie pulled out of the oven a few minutes too soon. 

 

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring a water, towel, and yoga mat. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes that allow your body to move freely. 

If you do not have water, towel, or yoga mat they can be rented or purchased in the studio.
